Support Students and Educators This Year-End

As we’ve come to the end of 2025, there’s no better time to reflect on the impact we can make together. The Special Education Foundation has spent decades bridging the gap where funding falls short, giving educators the resources they need to inspire, engage, and empower students with disabilities.

Here are three examples of why your support is needed by December 31st:

Critical Needs & Warmth: Many of our students face financial hardship that affects their ability to focus in class. Our Critical Needs program provides essentials—like warm winter coats, hats, and hygiene supplies—removing barriers so a child can feel safe, valued, and ready to learn.

Classroom Innovation Grants: SEF provides special education teachers with the tools, adaptive equipment, and creative resources necessary to bring their classroom projects to life. These grants directly enhance student learning by fostering more engaging lessons, encouraging participation, and building independence and confidence.

Kid-to-Camp: Academic breaks can be a challenging time for students with disabilities, often leading to regression in key skills. Your support helps fund our Kid-to-Camp program, giving students access to specialized summer, spring, and winter camps. These camps keep students engaged in essential educational and social activities, foster friendships, and ensure they continue learning and growing even outside the classroom.

By supporting SEF this year-end, you are investing not only in educators’ ability to teach but in students’ ability to thrive. Your generosity helps create inclusive, innovative classrooms where every student has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.

Make your year-end gift today and join us in empowering teachers, inspiring students, and shaping a brighter future for children with disabilities.
