Opera on the Go! featuring Scott Joplin’s Treemonisha at Southview School
Students will be introduced to the fantastic world of opera featuring a 30-minute semi-staged performance of Scott Joplin’s stylish opera Treemonisha including the iconic “A Real Slow Drag” accompanied by piano. Designed for grades 3-12, each program includes three mini workshops: Music & Drama, Character & Movement, and Makeup.
