Each year, on the second Monday of October, the Dan McLaughlin Charity Golf Tournament and Auction brings together community members, business leaders, and friends who share a common goal: helping students with disabilities reach their full potential. Now in its 23rd year, this event has grown into much more than a golf outing—it’s a celebration of what we can accomplish when we come together for students served by the Special School District of St. Louis County (SSD).

No need to golf to take part—the Happy Hour and Live Auction are open to all following the tournament. It’s a time to unwind, connect, and enjoy a lively evening filled with unique auction items and experiences. Imagine raising your paddle and knowing your bid helps a student receive assistive technology, attend summer camp, or access a scholarship that opens new doors. Each bid is more than just a number—it’s a step toward brighter futures.
