Hearing aids are not just devices. They are a lifeline to a world of sound, language, and connection. Yet, the high cost of these aids, ranging from $2,000 to $7,000 for a pair, often puts them out of reach for many families.

There is only a week left in the Special Education Foundation’s Arbeiter Gift of Sound fund drive, and you can show support for our efforts to purchase hearing aids, replacement ear molds, and other audiology devices in one of two ways:

1. DONATE. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. Your tax-deductible contribution to SEF will directly benefit deaf and hard-of-hearing students in St. Louis County. The most effective way to give is monthly; even a tiny amount, like $5 a month, can have a big impact.
